You have a choice of two types of order forms

 

 

A word version where you type in the details

(with drop down selections)

OR

A pdf version where you hand write in the details

(see below note about pdf files)

Carefully note the event, the image number(s), the size(s),

how many prints and the total cost on  the order form.

 Complete the personal details section of the order form.

 

Post, fax or phone the completed form, with payment,

to the address or number on the order form.

 

Your prints will be posted directly to you in 10 to 15 working days.
